At Giftora, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange according to the terms below.
- Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or exchange.
- Free Returns
Giftora offers free returns for eligible orders across India.
Return instructions and return labels will be provided by our support team when applicable.
- Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
- Products returned without original packaging
- Customized or special-order items
- Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted and the return policy will apply instead.
- Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our support team immediately.
If the package was received while you were unavailable and damage is discovered later, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
