At Giftora, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their fragile nature.


Damaged or Broken Items

Our products are carefully packaged. However, if your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Shipping Returns

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Damaged items caused by misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging
